Over the years we have developed numerous plug-ins, utilities and add-on applications for DocuShare. As the DocuShare feature list has grown with each successive version we find less and less of these are required. (We are also amazed that Xerox is able to maintain the same low price!)
Our current Plug-ins for DocuShare version 6 are listed below. These are not 'shrink-wrapped' so you can rest assured that we are willing to tailor each to meet your specific requirements.

Deep Archiver
DocuShare offers an excellent archiving facility whereby you can have a secondary 'achive site' that can be included in your searches. Archiving documents can be automated and structured in line with your Records Management policies. In addition to this great Xerox facility we offer a smaller application call 'Deep Archiver'. This allows an entry for a document to appear on your main site, but replaces the document with an html placeholder page, thus freeing up disk space and content-search resources on your server. Documents are moved to other storage areas, accesible via a hyperlink on the placeholder page.

Site Replicator
If you need all or part of one DocuShare site replicated onto another site, then this application is for you. It is a one-way replication typically used for publishing content to a different audience. For example, if you are a delivery firm, you may scan all of your delivery notes into your internal DocuShare site (along with other internal documents). You may wish to maintain a separate internet hosted DocuShare site with client access, so they can log in to view their signed delivery notes on-line, thus saving your customer service staff many phonecalls. Site replicator will publish only the delivery notes onto the internet, keeping other documents safely inside your firewall.

Bulk Uploader
Similar to the Xerox Bulk Uploader Tool included free with DocuShare, but customised to your exact requirements. You may specify directories full of documents and use their filenames or xml/csv files to set field data in DocuShare during upload.

Send-To DocuShare
Similar to the DocuShare Send-To option that appears when you install the free DocuShare Client. We add your own customised field names, look-ups and verifications, making some fields required for some documents. We can also auto-populate archive instructions. Simply select one or more files in Windows Explorer, right-click and choose Send-To. Fill in a custom dialog and upload your documents. It can also appear in any MSOffice menubar to give your users a bespoke, easy to use and consistent upload method.

MS Outlook Sender
DocuShare provides a flexible, free MSOutlook Client and Email Agent. Our Sender application is a customised way that you can file emails away into DocuShare by entering your own field data. For example, to file an email away into a DocuShare Customer folder you have created, simply drag the email to our sender icon in MSOutlook, enter the customer reference when prompted and your email will be filed into your customer folder in DocuShare.
