When your stratgey is in place, we can manage it for you, liaising with specialist scanning bureaux to get your chosen archive on-line and instantly available. We believe the best solution is usually to outsource scanning to one of our approved bureaux, however we recognise that this cannot always be done. For this reason we offer on-site scanning services. We recently completed a 300,000 page scanning exercise in Central London for a UK plc over a 6 week period. They felt they could not let their documents outside of the business so we provided staff, equipment and our project management expertise. Working together on their premises we scanned and indexed many cabinets of documents that were occupying valuable office real estate.
